On a kick this week using balsamic vinegar with meat. Soooo meatballs! I use a basic recipe with canned Italian bread crumbs 1/4 cup, 1 egg, 1/4 cup for this one Dark Garlic Balsamic mixed into meat, mix all ingredients.

Next form balls  roll in bread crumbs then roll in additional vinegar for outside glaze. depending on your mood could do Italian Herb or add a Asian flare with sesame ginger. I bake mine on oiled cookie pan @ 400 degrees 25 min.
