Chicken pot pie

Chicken pot pie! With basil olive oil.


Just sautéed carrots, onions and celery in basil olive oil. Then up a rotisserie chicken added it to sautéed veggies and 1/4 cup chicken broth with 1/4 cup buttermilk , 1/2 teaspoon of Cyprus Sea Salt and add to sautéed mixture. Then sprinkle teaspoon flour over mixture and stir.

I just used bought pie crust and filled with veggie chicken mixture. Covered top of crust with more basil olive oil and butter milk mix. Then sprinkle a little Cyrus sea salt on edges. Bake at 400 degrees. I add a little aluminum foil around edges 15 min in to keep them from burning. Then bake 10 more minutes.

Then time to eat!
