Pepinos Peppers sautéed in Black Lava Sea Salt and more!

Sauté pepino (my favorite I found at farmers on The sqaure) but can also sauté bell peppers  or any pepper that tickles your fancy. I like to use The basil olive oil or Tunisian Olive oil which is a great unflavored high quality olive oil. 

These peppers are great on their own, over salad when cooled, or tossed in pasta. I added it to a coconut basil sauce keep reading!

Here is the Pepinos Pepper sauce! After sautéed like above. I added 2 cups coconut milk, 3 Tbs basil balsamic vinegar, and 1 can whole water chestnuts.
