Honey Ginger Dark Balsamic Pork Chips!
Tonight’s dinner pork chops with a honey ginger Dark Balsamic glaze... YUM!
Step 1: salt and pepper pork chop
(use skillet that can be placed in oven)
strp 2: Pan fry on medium. Let sizzle for about 2-3 min on each side.
Step 3: remove from skillet and drizzle a little butter olive oil to loosen juice and sizzled bits. Add either 1/4 cup of water or broth if your choice. I like to add a little lemon water, but that’s just me.
Step 4: let it reduce for two minutes, then add 1/4 cup of honey ginger Dark Balsamic. Stir into sauce for one minute.
Step 5: return pork chops and turn to coat all sides.
Step 6: place in oven and broil in low for 2 mins or until 145 internal temperature
